Error: Configure Remote Support Software Manager

I am trying to setup Remote Support Software Manager but I am getting issues related to my country or location. Did anyone have the same problem? Is there a fix for this? Is there a separate download for just the application only, instead of downloading several applications included in the package?

I’m sorry but I think you misunderstood to contents of the dialog box. It doesn’t say anything about a problem regarding your country of origin. Your program doesn’t have any issues with regards to that aspect. Just read again and understand what is meant by that message in the dialog box.

The only problem that the program detected when you started the operation was that your country or region was still not set in the program. You just need to configure the program again and select your country among the selection and then restart the operation. This should work now.
