Error creating EVR Custom renderer

Hi,

I am in trouble and unable to use any rendererwhile I am very excited to use EVR Custom Presenter or EVR Sync renderers. I want to know about the EVR Sync so I need your assistance to guide me and provide a proper solution step by step to fix this weird error message. You can see the attached error image which would be easy for any expert to find a proper solution. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Error creating EVR Custom renderer

Resolution 1:

Go to the renderer's settings and change it to Overlay, and after that change it to EVR. That will fix the problem.

Resolution 2:

Download the latest version of MPC as well as the latest Direct X Runtime and install them.

Resolution 3:

The problem could be as a result of old video card drivers. You will therefore need to try updating them and see if that will also fix the problem.
