An Error deleting application notepad

Hi experts,

The unknown error occurs when I try to delete a Window application. What is the reason of this error? Can I fix it? I would be grateful to you for any assistance. Thanks.

An Error deleting application notepad

Hello Scot,
If you wanted to delete an application present in Window, such as, in this case the notepad; you still need to uninstall this program from the system in order to totally delete it. Moreover, notepad is a very important part of the Windows and it would be good if you would not delete it. You notepad files are Desktop.Ini files and we do not delete the deskto.Ini files because they are the desktop.
You can only uninstall an applications that are installable by doing the following.
1) Go the Start, then Click the Control Panel,go to Programs and  click Programs and Features
2) Select the program. Choose Uninstall. The Uninstall pop-up Window will appear and continue the uninstall process.
