Error with download of bbc news with the texts

I 'am trying to install this and I'm having an error with the download of BBC news with the texts iTunes.  I have iPad with iOS 4.3.  It says not compatible.  Could this be an iTunes store problem?

Hello there Everthon, 

Have you tried downloading the new update version for you iPad? Nevertheless, iOS version 4.3 should work, there could be some issues with the software or app itself but there's a note on the app page that it is built to be optimized in iPhone 5. Try freeing some space on your phone and reset it. Then try downloading the app again. If it’s the same you may need to contact BBC app support.

Hi there Everthon Reis,

 

Even though the application you are trying to install might work on your phone under some circumstances, it unfortunately is not compatible with your phone. The BBC News application is optimized to work on iPhone 5 and requires iOS 5.0 or later. 

 

You can either upgrade your iOS to the 5.0 or try some of the alternative news reading applications that contains BBC news.
