I am having issues with my HP Software Framework on my Windows Vista 32-Bit laptop.
I posted a screenshot of the error in my Event Viewer 4 and 5.
I tried to uninstall HP Software Framework and even reformatted my computer system, but this error remains.
How can I fix this?
Event 4, CaslWmi
Warning |[CaslWmi]A::A{hpCasl.enReturnCode(object&)}|Error e_BIOS_INVALID_COMMAND_TYPE from BIOS WMI call Command/30h while getting EDID Data
Event 5, CaslWmi
Error |[CaslWmi]CommandFolio::A{hpCasl.enReturnCode(int&
)}|Error 0xe_BIOS_INVALID_COMMAND_TYPE from BIOS WMI call Read/2Eh while getting Folio state

You will need to run "System diagnostic" and see if you can find any problems as follows:
-
First you will need to turn on or restart the computer.
-
During the booting process, when you see the “Press the ESC key for Startup Menu” message displayed in the lower-left corner of the screen, you will need to press esc on your keyboard.
-
And when the Startup Menu is displayed, you will need to press f2 on your keyboard.
-
You after that need to click the diagnostic test you want to run, and then you will follow the on-screen instructions.
Once you are done with the diagnostics test and you need to stop it, you will need to press esc on your keyboard.
