Can anyone provide me an adequate way for error resolution of failed to read the service id for re-registration 0x80070002

Error: Failed To Read The Service Id For Re-Registration 0x80070002

This error is common while updating the computer.

First, stop the updating process and exit it. Then you need to go to the system distribution folder on your computer. If you do not know how to find that folder, follow the following steps:

Go to the C drive, click Windows, you will see it there. Then, click on the folder named “datastore” and delete all files in it (these are temporary files, don’t worry about losing data) Now, in the system distribution folder, open the download folder and delete its contents also.

Now restart the update service. It will work.
