Hello,

I am not able to download any program from App World Through the computer although all the connections are correct I conductive the sound with the knowledge.

What's wrong is it with app world or my computer?

Its neither accessible on my phone as well.

An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Web Plugin

Hi Gran, 

Do you have a specific Blackberry Data Plan? If you do, try to download Appworld, or if you're using a computer , download it, then move it to your smartphone using the desktop manager.

If this doesn't work, try the next option.

Get a new data service plan for your Blackberry smartphone from your service provider. Then, once you already had one, use the BB appworld on your device through data services, it will then work on your computer.
