Hi there,

Every time when I open Eclipse I have this error. When I restart Eclipse and is working but whenever I get this error I have to recompile my code base. Any idea what is causing this error ? How can I solve this error ?

Looks like there is a problem with the identification of the eclipse packages and may be Eclipse does not like the Java application. You have to do some easy steps to fix this problem. 

Try to delete the Eclipse file from Workspace or try to launch it from console. I hope you have got your solution.
