Hi trouble shooters,
I try several times to download the update for Indago but every time it failed to update. I downloaded it from the official site, everything seems to fine for me. I am not able to trap the error. I checked the internet connection and it works well. I am not sure whether firewall software has blocked the update. How will I find out that? Please guide me with some information. Thanks a lot.

If you are updating Indago using the built-in Update function normally located in the Help menu, you should check if your computer still has an active internet connection. Open your web browser and browse some websites. If you didn’t find any problem browsing the web, try updating the program again using the Update button.
If it doesn’t work, it is probably your Windows Firewall blocking Indago from getting outside connection. Try adding Indago in Windows Firewall’s Exceptions list. Open Windows Firewall in the Control Panel and go to Exceptions tab. Click Add Program located at the bottom. See image.
Browse or navigate to the installation folder of Indago and select the main executable file that starts the program. Click Open and then OK. Try updating the program again and see what happens. If the problem continues, try deactivating your antivirus for the meantime and update Indago again. Sometimes it is the antivirus that blocks the program from getting outside connection.
Another way of updating Indago is by visiting its official website with your web browser and downloading the latest version. Once downloaded, you can now upgrade the program by simply running the installer of the latest version and it will automatically upgrade the one installed on your computer.
