I have Intel© Centrino Advanced N-6230 Wireless Card in my laptop. The drivers for wireless card installed successfully but I am having problems with Bluetooth installation. The installation stops in about 80% of the process. Even though the installation process stops, I can see it in the Start Menu. When I clicked to open it, I am getting an error as posted below. I am running Windows 7. How can I fix this?

Error installing Bluetooth OBEX Service
This is a general problem relating to either your windows or your hardware. Try the following things.
-
Before reinstalling the windows make sure that you have the latest drivers download from their site. For best drivers use the service tag that Dell has underneath the laptop.
-
Once downloaded check to make sure if they work. Also do note that the drivers must be 16-bit or 32-bit capable.
-
If still got the issue then reinstall the windows and then try to install them. It is a lengthy process but you have to do it unless you are willing to do the next step.
-
The last step is to go to Dell for a RMA of the laptop because this specific Card has got some issues over the internet and most of the people got a replacement of it instead of fixing it.
