Error Message Comes “diskette drive 0 seek failure”

My computer was running good and I installed a new window on it. After some times when I start my computer it start displaying the error message “diskette drive 0 seek failure”. I though it is window problem I installed the new window again, but the problem does not go away. As it looks like it is a hard disk problem, please experts provide me the proper solution.

Error Message Comes “diskette drive 0 seek failure”

“ Your computer does not have any hard disk or window problem. You just need to configure some of the settings and the problem will not occur again. Please follow the procedure step by step. Restart your computer and press F2. Go down to Diskette Drives using the arrow key. Press Enter after that.  The turn of the Highlights. Save the setting and exit from that without changing any further settings. And your computer will restart after that. And then the error message will not come again. If in future the same problem occurs, then apply the same procedure again and the problem will be gone away.
