Error message during the installation of DVD Catalyst 4

Good day to you. I am having a hard time figuring out why I am having this error message during the installation of DVD Catalyst 4. Please see the image of the error message. How do I fix this?

Error opening file or writing: 

C:Program Files (x86) DVDCatalyst4.exe 

Click Abort to stop the installation, or Ignore to skip this file.

Error message during the installation of DVD Catalyst 4

Hello Walter

This error shows up when the Installer is trying to install DVD Catalyst 4 while it is already running on your computer, or a different application is trying to access one of the installer files. You must restart your computer, and then run the installer again.

Go to Control Panel, Programs, Uninstall a Program. If you find DVD Catalyst in that list, uninstall it, reboot, and then run the installer.
