Error Message: “Plugin isn’t loaded antimalware”

Trouble using Webroot Spy Sweeper in computer.

I was trying to run a scan but got an error message: "plugin isn't loaded antimalware". I am totally unaware of plugin stuffs, in fact don’t know the procedure of downloading it. Anybody can help me with this and can give me the proper steps on how to solve it?

Error Message: “Plugin isn’t loaded antimalware”

I can’t seem to find the antimalware plugin for Webroot Spy Sweeper. And I am just wondering why would an antivirus program require a plugin when it is supposed to be a security software guarding the system from any attacking malwares.

But anyway since the error is about a plugin that is not loaded during the scan, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the program just to restore its settings back to default and to fix any corrupted files that might have caused the plugin to not load during the scan.

You may also try upgrading it to Webroot SecureAnywhere Antivirus.
