An error message popped up for media player classic

Hi,

I was trying to capture video using Media Player Classic but an error message popped up.

I need an expert’s advice to resolve this matter.

Please provide any idea or solution to fix this.

An error message popped up for media player classic

Hi,

You might get the following error message: GetCurrentImage failed, hr = 8000ffff because you have not select the right renderer option.

Please follow the below steps to get rid of this error:

1. Go to View and then click on Options.

2. Expand Playback and then click on Output.

3. Click on the SYSTEM DEFAULT option (not on Overlay Mixer).

After these changes you need to restart your PC.
