Error message shown with Shoretel Server

Hello,

Recently, I experienced this following error message when I upgraded Shoretel Server to version 11.2 with no issue but I started deploy the new ShoreTel Communicator on my Remote Desktop Servers and logged into without the permission of administrator and ran the new client. So I encountered this error while attempting to connect to the server. Now I really want assistance so please provide solution.

Error message shown with Shoretel Server

Shoretel Server is very much sensitive regarding security. You went to upgrade your server into a new version and the version of this server was 11.2. Up gradation is not a problem but in case of shoretel server's up gradation you need to have permissions. As you did not take this so your problems had occurred. Now you should contact with server administrator for resolving this problem.
