Error message when running the BI report

We are getting an error message when running the BI report of the

New Inventory Analysis Report" under Sage 50 BI section. Thus we would like to check the report generation of the application because of the error message we receive "Invalid Procedure Call.

Please check the attachment for the exact error that we see.

Error message when running the BI report

The problem is a very critical problem where you have created some errors during the installation. It might have also occurred because at a install package with missing files.
       The solution could be
1. Try installing the package at some other machine and if it works, you have to uninstall the programs.

 2. If the uninstall do not work then manually delete the install files from the install directory.
Then open regedit.exe from commend prompt and delete all registry entries about this software and them reinstall the program.

3. Read system requirement and them match with your system, whether they meet them.
