Error message when turning off Quick View on ACDSee Pro 5

Hey! I receive an error message every time I turn off the Quick View on ACDSee Pro 5. I pasted the error below and I hope someone can help me figure this out.

“The instruction at ‘0x00426c0a” referenced memory at “0x00000008”. The memory could not be “read” Click on OK to terminate the program”

Error message when turning off Quick View on ACDSee Pro 5

 

Some files do not have Quick View options while some have. You will know this by using your right mouse button in selecting a file in Windows Explorer of My Computer. Here are few steps in turning off/on your Quick View. Click your Windows Explorer icon and select Options on the view menu. Then, click the File Types tab. Select the type of file you want to edit and click Edit. Turn off Quick View. In using Quick View, take note that not all items can be displayed. For example, when you want to view a binary file using Quick View, you can only see the binary content but not the image.
