Error message while calculating the payroll checks (FUTA Software)

Hi, 

We are using FUTA software for checking payroll calculation. We are getting an error message while calculating the payroll checks. It pops up an error message and showing an error code. Why this is happening? Have I put any wrong information that causing the problem? Or is there anything else that's causing the error?

Please help me in this issue-

Error Line 3: 2011 FUTA base must be greater than 1

Error message while calculating the payroll checks (FUTA Software)

To solve this type of problem, you have to follow the instruction below:

1. Find out the “Employee Withholding” Screen.
2. Just left click on the “FUTA” to select it.
3. Click “Delete” to delete the FUTA.

The Federal Unemployment Tax (FUTA) error occurs because the tax law sometimes changes and it is available for future use. If you are facing the same error with SUTA (State Unemployment Tax), do the same as you did with FUTA error.

1. Go to “Employee Withholding Screen”.
2. Click “SUTA” to select it.
3. Then click “Delete” to delete the SUTA.

Then the problem will be solved. Enjoy.
