Error message while clicking setup.exe to install program BnS

Hi,

When I click setup.exe, in order to install the program BnS, I get the following popup error message.

1605: This action valid for products that are currently installed.

                                                                            Ok

I really want to play this. Any ideas as to how I can solve this?

Your suggestions are needed.

Error message while clicking setup.exe to install program BnS

Hello Hannah,

• You will need to check whether you are launching the setup from .exe or the shortcut because shortcuts will not work during sequencing. You should try starting the application by browsing to its destination instead of using the shortcut.
• In case there is a reboot that is needed for the application so as to replace the in use files, then makes sure that you reboot the computer. That will enable the computer to stop monitoring and process the reboot files. As for the final settings that may need to  be configured, you can save them till later in the wizard.
