Error message while installing brother DCP-7065DN drivers on my PC

Hi experts,

I got an error message while installing brother DCP-7065DN drivers on my PC. Presently my PC is running with Windows 7 64 bit. I got the error message frequently, whenever the installation process was in progress.

ss. The screenshot of the error message is given below:

 

Brother Software Suite

 

An error occurred during the installation.

Please restart your PC, ensure all active applications are closed

– Then reinstall the brother printing device software.

 

ISO26- MoveFileDate – 32

 

                                                       OK

How can I get rid from this error message? Please help.

Error message while installing brother DCP-7065DN drivers on my PC

Hi Greg Lewis,

This error is occurring because of the unsupported version for Windows 7 64 bit.

You can download the 64 bit supported software from websites.  At first clean your PC through CCleaner software.

And fix the registry errors by Comodo Registry cleaner. Now, restart and install the software.

Try the procedure.

Hi,

There may be a few reasons for error message like this.

1. Check your software to another computer. Sometimes there may be a problem with your software.

2. Uninstall your previous browser software correctly and try again

3. Delete all the files belong to the browser software and install again

4. Clear your brother soft registry file and try to install again.

5. Check compatibility with your OS (32bit or 64bit)
