Hello,
I have installed windows vista on my PC.
During internet browsing an error abruptly occurs on the screen.
The screenshot of the error is as under:
Debug Assertion Failed!
Program C:Program FilesInternet Exploreriexplore.exe File c:Program filesmicrosoft visual studio 8vcincludelist Line 309
Expressions: list iterators incompatible
For information on how your program can cause an assertion failure, see the Visual C++ documentation on asserts.
(Press Retry to debug the application)
This error also pops up sometimes while using the desktop applications.
Anybody knows why this error is occurring again and again?
Please help me. I am anxiously waiting for your messages.
Thanks and take care
Peter
Error message on Windows Vista
Yes the problem is that the browser you are trying to open is not compatible to the latest software that you are using. You may need to change some parameters to make it work. See that the statement to open the file must be missing some parameters. And that the internet explorer is Opening normally.
Be sure that the system is performing the desired needs of the webpage explorer. The internet explorer may need to be reinstalled and latest. See that there is no block in the firewall and the antivirus. Once such a thing occurs, you shall not be able to visit the website or the file you require.

Hello Dear,
There is a process named igfxsrvc.exe which is associated with the ICUI (Intel common user interface) from the manufacturing company which is installed with VGA card or build in chipset
Installation of latest version of this software surely is the possible way to get rid from your problem. I am referring you a site for the downloading and updating driver for your graphic card and other. You should use this link if the hardware not working properly.

Again if you have the problem, then run the troubleshooter. You can find this option in control panel
