Error moving questions in Respondus

I found a tool that will help me in creating and uploading questions. This tool is called Respondus. The questions will be uploaded through Moodle. And all my questions are properly created by this software. I want to move the categories of my entire questions from the course level context to system level context. My questions have an images attached to it. My problem is I am getting an error message that says: “Error: Cannot copy file/var/www/moodledata/2/8_4db0ebc4/plantation.gif” when moving to system level context.  Have I done something wrong with transferring my questions? I used the Administrative account for accessing Respondus and Moodle. Can anyone please help me? Thank you.

Error moving questions in Respondus

Since you want to upload images to the questions too, then you will need to make sure that the size of the images that you are uploading is standard and the size that is allowed to be uploaded to the site. If you are trying to upload images that are extra large then that is the possible cause of the problem. You will need to do the following:

• Get all the images.
• And then one by on open them in an image editing application like Macromedia fireworks, or Microsoft picture manager.
• Resize them accordingly so that they will have a size that will allow them to be uploaded.

Once you have done that, you can try uploading the questions again and see the response.
