Error in my Whatsapp Please help?

Hi everyone,

Hey friends please help me with this the problem is my Whatsapp is not working properly. The problem is when I'm trying to change my Whatsapp profile picture or send any images to anyone via Whatsapp it is not showing any media. Yes all the images and videos are not displayed but when checked in gallery all the media is there. What is the problem I tried clearing its data and cache also.

Error in my Whatsapp Please help?

Hello

There are two ways for this issue.

First, follow below steps : ( Make sure the pictures that you want to use are visible )

Download your gallery > Enter your gallery > Click on the Menu > Click on the settings > Go to the profile > Click edit > Select your gallery > Choose your picture > Click ok.

Second, install 'quickpic' from playstore. It will help you to change your profile picture.
