Error occur Microsft Office application Installing time

Hi friends,

When I try to install the Microsoft office application for the first time in the computer, I ended up with an error message. For your information, I do not have any previous version of office in the computer. Why this is not allowing me to install Microsoft office in the computer?  I tried to install office several times but I am getting the same error message. Please help me, thanks.

Error occur Microsft Office application Installing time

In order to fix this issue, follow the following ways:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Go to https://account.live.com/.
3. If you see that you’re on your account summary, click “Sign out”.
4. Install Office again.

Also, clear cookies to delete all the signed in session.

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Go to Tools >> Internet Options.
3. Open “General” tab.
4. Under “Browsing History”, select “Delete”.
   You can get here by pressing “Ctrl + Shift + Del”.
5. Inside the “Delete” menu, uncheck all ticks except “check Cookies and Website Data”.
6. Press “Delete”.
7. Restart your browser.

Also, InPrivate browsing will also be helpful.

1. Start Internet Explorer.
2. Go to Tools >> Safety >> InPrivate Browsing.

Use the InPrivat browsing window to install MS Office.
