Hello experts,

An error occurred it says format USB raw type. When I tried to reformat my USB or flash drive there is an error occurred and I don’t know how to fix this, I reformatted the USB for future use I am freeing the driver so that I can put more files that I need the most. I hope you can help me fix my USB.

The most common reason for a USB raw format error is because of hardware malfunction. This usually happens more often with USB drive and memory card indicating that the surface has been damaged, or it has stopped working. It is also possible that the your USB drive was formatted using a file system that is completely unknown by Windows.

Try to check first if your USB drive was really the problem. Try a different USB drive on the same drive. Try also to format your faulty USB drive in a different computer. If none works, there is a big possibility that your USB drive is damaged.
