An error occurred signing in Chat account

Hi friends,

When I signed in Chat account I got this error message, Offline alert you have been disconnected as someone has signed in with your ID on another computer. How will I sign in now? Please explain me how to change the password immediately. And also explain how to avoid this situation in the future. Help me please. Your help is great.

An error occurred signing in Chat account

If somebody is using your ID in another computer in chat then immediately change your password settings. For this, you have to go to ‘change password’ link page. You will find this somewhere in your login page. But, for this you have to first login your account. In order to have a safe login and protect your ID from others, go to your ‘Profile’ page and search of’ public user ID settings’. When you find this, just switch off this to help your ID being accessed by other person.
