Hello experts,

An error occurred in text finder program on server file.

When I tried to search some files the system or text finder program cannot detect the filename that I key in, but I know that the keywords are exactly the same on what is the filename.

What can I do for the text finder program on server file will detect it?

An error occurred in text finder program on server file.

If you can not find a file of a specific name.

Then there is another way to search for the file by using wild card "*". To use this wild card first put the first alphabet of your filename like if filename is Microsoft then type "m*.*" without quotes.

Try this method if it is not found. Then try to search by using file format/extension option.

This time type *.exe if it is an exe file or type the file format.

Hope this will resolve the issue.
