An error occurred while installing Portal 2

Hi,

When I run the install wizard for Portal 2 I have this error and it is rolling back installation. And I have some errors while I run some games with steam. I never played the Portal 2 before and I don’t know where and what I did wrong. Does anyone can help me to install Portal 2 properly ? Can I play this game with steam ?

An error occurred while installing Portal 2

Hello,

This is a very annoying error while installing the game. This error might occur several times. It might be for some of its system error or other misconfiguration.

In order to install Portal 2 perfectly, just restart Steam. This will surely solve this issue and you’ll be able to play the game smoothly.

If that doesn’t work, download and install latest Steam.
