Error occurred while reading the Instantaneous Value Level under CX-Designer

I tried reading the Instantaneous Value Level under CX-Designer by keying in the address: HOST3: 400001, but once it's finished downloading; I got this error from the touch panel. Does anyone have an idea how this can be solved?

Error occurred while reading the Instantaneous Value Level under CX-Designer

Hello,

Omron KM50-E is not able to establish a connection to NS5. When connecting a Modbus slave directly to the NS you should try to configure the address errors by looking at the comms. This error is likely to happen if the address of CX-Designer returns nothing for the Modbus. This error could also occur because KM-50 uses 32-bits addressing Modbus and NS uses 16-bits addressing.
