Error Occurred While Retrieving Player list

Another error in the holdem manager I am currently having is the one I have pasted here     below. It says that “An error occurred when retrieving the player list: ERROR: 22P05: character         0x8d of encoding “WIN1252”. What is this error message? Thanks for your help in advance.

Error Occurred While Retrieving Player list

Hi Walter W Pilon,

It seems like your play list is having an error in terms of its encoding technique, the playlist must be encoded in UTF8 format, this UTF8 is a Universal Character Set Transformation Format-8 which uses an encoding technique used for characters and symbols, what you have to do is to convert that playlist into UTF-8 before playing it.
