Error occurred while trying to install Tune up

I have windows vista. I was trying to install Tune up. My entire computer halt and I had to switch off.

Further thing when I switch on my computer no restore points a security program that I uninstalled a long time ago was on my system and this time I could not uninstall some and I have received the message. I have vista on my computer. Assist me please!

TuneUp Utilities is a program that works with some of the most sensitive files and folders of your Windows Vista operating system. Therefore errors such as the ones you have mentioned could occur.

• Please download the latest version of TuneUp Utilities (https://www.avg.com/en-us/tuneup-utilities) as it would have the fewest bugs.
• Right-click the set-up file and run it with Administrator privileges, if that doesn’t work boot your computer in safe mode and re-install the application.
