The domain represents this message for two users when an option in word of outlook is pressed.

Error: This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.

Please contact your system administrator. It looks as all have the joint agreement functional appropriately.

I shall be highly grateful for guidance.

Hello Heaven Regis ,

I think you are having trouble with command prompt , I received similar problems when using command prompt. When your PC detects some malware activities regarding its important system files it tries to nullify the effect of change by denying some rights.

The after effects are disabled command prompt and disabled task manager.

First try the following, Just try if you can open your command prompt by giving admin rights: –

Go to C > windows > System32 and search for cmd.exe file

Now right click it and select run as administrator and click yes when prompted (windows 7)

Now check if its working, if it does then right click your outlook and then select run as admin and then try if u get the error.
