Hi expert,
I can’t get access to the Dell support Centre for last 2 or 3 days. Assume that it was a server problem but I receive an error message 'content for this program is not yet available. Please close the program and check again later'.Â

Usually the program would not from the notification tray. That’s why I work with these from the programs list but still I am facing the error. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled to solve it but the output is same. I am working with dimension 3100 running XP. Suggestions would be received thankfully.

Error pop-up when accessing Dell support centre
Hi Kyran.
This type of error message normally occurs with the Dell Support Center (DSC) as the application versions updates from time to time. If you used the Dell Drivers and Utility CD to Download the DSC, it was almost surely obsolete. I would highly recommend you download the latest version of Dell Support Center from the website.
Make sure to uninstall all versions of "Dell Support" or "Dell Support Center" on your computer from the Add/Remove Programs before installing the newest one because once aulauncher has downloaded a partial file, then the installation goes corrupt and it won't proceed until 'All' the files are deleted. You can also do these steps to delete all files with DSC.

By typing %temp% in the Run box. Go to Temp Folder (C:Users*YOUR USERNAME*AppDataLocalTemp), delete everything in this folder.

Go to 'C:Users*YOUR USERNAME*AppDataRoaming' delete the 'PCDR' folder.

Make sure the Dell Support Center is not in the programs and features list.
