Error reading setup initialization file

Hi,

When running the File Up installation package, I received the following error message. I have tried to resolve this issue with my own ways and efforts but I think I need your assistance to fix this issue. Please help me as I want to demolish this problem as soon as possible. Thanks for any help.

Error reading setup initialization file

Run-time error ‘-2147024809(80070057)

Parameter Index is out of range. Its value must be between 1 and 0

Error reading setup initialization file

Your are facing this problem due to following reasons

1)  The application cannot be installed because the application that you are running you don't have the insufficient rights to install.

2) This can be corrected by running the program with Administrator which is in windows option.

3) Or your download source may be corrupted. This happens due to slow internet connection

4) May be your drive format is fat 32. You need to convert your drive format in ntfs format.
