Error in Setting Meeting Requests through Microsoft Office Communications

while I tried to organize some of our user’s Meeting settings exercising the Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Administration Tool I got an error message Validation failed – Validation failed with HRESULT = 0XC3EC7E02 Why is this error caused ? I tried to debug but could not do anything please help me…

Error in Setting Meeting Requests through Microsoft Office Communications

 

Hi there,

 

This is a quite common error that appears every time the user enter the incorrect value. 

 

Use the ADSI Edit to check the user’s msRTCSIP-Line attribute. It will most likely look something like this: 

 

 

Just remove the trailing space or any characters or typos that appear in the number section to configure the user’s Meeting settings.
