I try to install Photoshop CS5. After the installation of adobe Photoshop cs5, An error message is coming on screen when I test to launch it. (Error 16…). Adobe installer warns to reinstall the product. How can this possibly solved?

This error is somewhat a result of an error in the installation software in CS5.
It does not really depend on what kind of OS you are using in your PC the solution for this error is the same for Windows Vista and XP or Windows 7.
Just follow these simple steps to fix this problem:
1. On your Computer click start button on the task plane Go to Organize then to Folder and Search Options.
2. Click View Tab.
3. Go to Navigate then Program filesCommon filesAdobe.
4. Once there right click your PCD Folder and select the properties tab.
5. In the properties tab choose or select the Attributes Section, Deselect the Read-Only button then click Apply and OK.
If the error is still not fix then you must still check is you are running the application correctly by doing these next steps.
6. Now Go to Security tab in your PC and see if the Administrators and Systems is set to Full Control. If not then do the Following steps.
6.1. Choose Edit.
6.2. If a Dialog box appears and you see User Account Control (UAC) then your almost done fixing this problem.
6.3. Follow the given instructions and make the changes then click Advanced.
6.4. Choose the Owner Tab, Choose Edit and If the UAC dialog box appears just Click Accept.
6.5. Go to Administrators in the Change Owners Section.
6.6. Go to Replace Owner On Subcontainers and Objects option and Apply.
6.7. Go to the Permissions Tab and Click Edit and if the UAC elevation prompt appears just click accept.
6.8. Choose Replace Permissions Entries On All Child Objects With Entries Shown here that apply to child objects.
6.9. Click Ok and just keep click Yes until the FLEXnet Properties dialog box closes.
These you go problem fixed just restart your computer and enjoy using your Adobe Photoshop CS5.

You need to have full access to install Photoshop CS5.
To set permissions on your system, please follow these steps:
1. Click Windows key and “r” to run the search bar,
2. Copy paste either of the text there:
For Windows 32-bit – Program FilesCommon FilesAdobeAdobe PCD or
For Windows 64-bit – Program Files(x86)Common FilesAdobeAdobe PCD,
3. Make administrators access control full,
4. Make system access control full.
5. Install Adobe Photoshop CS5 again.
It should be working.
