While running code collaborator this error shows up. And it appears every time I try to install a new software. What can I do about this problem?

No user by the name ‘jcohen’.

Error shows up While running code collaborator to install a new software
Hello Olivia,
To resolve that issue, you will need to contact technical support directly at www.smartbear.com. They will need to look into your log files, specifically the ones below and then help you fix the issue:
<collab install dir>/tomcat/conf/Catalina/localhost/*
<collab install dir>/tomcat/logs/*
But before that try the following:

Go to P4V Tools, and then choose Manage Custom Tools.

After that select Code Collaborator and then Add to Review and then choose Edit.

After that change the application from ccollabgui to /Applications/ccollab_client/ccollabgui.app/Contents/MacOS/JavaApplicationStub.
