To be able to run The SkyX Professional, your computer must have at least Pentium 4 1.5 GHz processor or faster. Pentium 3 and early versions are not compatible with this application. Your CPU must have at least 512 MB RAM installed on it. Your machine should have a video card that has at least 128 MB video RAM and supports OpenGL 1.5 or later versions. You can install The SkyX Professional on a machine that runs on Windows XP (Professional, Home, Tablet PC, Media Center) 32-bit and 64-bit, Windows Vista (Ultimate, Home, Home Basic, Business, Enterprise) 32-bit and 64-bit, Windows 7 (Ultimate, Enterprise, Professional, Home Premium, Home Basic, Starter) 32-bit and 64-bit. The SkyX Professional requires 2.5 GB of available hard drive space.

Check your system first if it is compatible with your current version of the application. You can try uninstalling and then reinstalling the application. This will fix any corrupted files of The SkyX Professional and will restore its settings back to default including some of the settings that you might have customized.
