I am having some difficulties on using Virtual DJ. An error is occurring stating that there is an issue with the sound driver. Maybe this is because of the recent update which I just performed. But when I tried to roll back, uninstall and re-install, the same error occurred. I am running Windows 7 Pro with Realtek on it. What is the problem here? Can someone help?

Error in the Sound Driver with Virtual DJ
Hello,
This is a common error that happens when something is wrong with the settings and hardware.
First of all, read this document and then fix any connection error.
Then, go DJ Control Panel. From there, make sure that the audio mode is set to WDM before running VDJ.
If the problem still persists, then:
-
Open VDJ.
-
Select “Line Ins” for “Inputs”, then “Apply”. This will switch to ASIO mode.
-
Restart VDJ.
The final medicine is to re-install the VDJ. Once you’ve started uninstalling, select “Custom”. From each window, press “Select all” to make sure that no file and registry remains in your system.
Good luck!
Error in the Sound Driver with Virtual DJ
If you encounter this error on VirtualDJ, try to uninstall your sound card driver then install the latest. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install. Once installed, start Revo then select your sound card software among the applications and click “Uninstall.” Follow the normal uninstall process. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click to restart later.
When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and click to delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, exit Revo then restart the computer. After booting, download the latest driver for your sound card. See the following list of computer manufacturers:
If the problem continues, uninstall and reinstall VirtualDJ. Follow the same steps to uninstall VirtualDJ with Revo Uninstaller.
