I have an issue here. When my PC is switched on, I get an error message saying that spyware has been found on my PC. It also says that I should install an antivirus or anti spyware in order to fix this. What do you suggest I do?

I also experienced that kind of error, I only remove spywares on my PC i found that on start>control panel>add and removeÂ
programs choose the program you want to remove. DeepFreeze should be install in your PC this program plays a very important rule in your Operating System. Before when DeepFreeze was yet introduce, all of the computers are only relays on the antivirus even it's bad effect which causes lag on your system because this program always running and scanning yourÂ

Its important that you scrutinize all your installed software and see that this is not a hoax – a deliberately fabricated falsehood made to masquerade as truth. Distinguishable from errors in observation or judgment.
Any computer that frequently accesses the internet is always at risk of malicious softwares that generally install themselves into a certain folder in your computer and hence automatically place themselves in the startup folder so that whenever the systems starts or reboots, they will always run and thus display you the error message.
Knowing such program’s names and their root folder will actually tell you what sort of software it is; whether genuine or just a hoax. This is a typical example;

It is possible that your computer has been infected and your security software is telling you about it. Most security software are able to clean infections when the real time protection feature that they have. However some security software need to get your input to move to the next step of removing the infection. Did you try and click on the Clean or Fix button from the security warning?
You also need to make sure the security software that you installed is legitimate. Some rogue security software pose as legitimate one then give you false positives then when you click on them you will be infected further.
If the infection is too severe, I suggest you backup your files and reinstall your operating system. Then make sure you install a decent security software right after.
