Error using internet explorer 7
Hi Nadia,
I suspect that the new version of internet explorer that you have installed might be having compatibility problems with the vista operating system, so I may advice that you stick to the one that you were using before that error started occurring. To go back to the old version, you can just go to the control panel and install the one your system, look for the set up of the old version and install it.
Otherwise you can try uninstalling and installing internet explorer again, may it is an error due to missing or corrupt registry settings which re-installing might fix.
Hope this helps.

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, try updating your browser. If you have Windows XP, download Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 for XP. This is the latest and last version to support Microsoft Windows XP. If you have Windows Vista, you can download and update to the following:
If you have Windows 7, Windows 8.1, or Windows 10, go to Microsoft Internet Explorer Downloads to download the latest update for your browser. See if this works. If this doesn’t fix the problem, just use a different browser like Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, or SeaMonkey. If you have Windows 8, you should update to Windows 8.1 to update Microsoft Internet Explorer to the latest.
