Hello Experts!I got an authorization dialog box when I am using the Message Tracking tool on Exchange 2010.

When I tried to authorize it, I got the following error message:

Access Denied

We are using an on-premise Exchange 2010 configuration in our office, so I want to know why Outlook Live account message keeps showing.

I need your help.

Thanks a lot.

You have not told if you upgraded from Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2010. If you have upgraded from Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2010 then it is supposed that your mailbox setting and other prefer setting has been exported  to your new Outlook 2010. However if not or any problem occurred or you have installed Outlook 2010 directly, you have to set up your email account first.

I think if you installed it for the first time, you will get a mail setup dialog box click ok to set up a new email account. Then there supply the information you will be asked as for your email address,password,server POP3 or IMAP and some other things. Continue clicking next until you completed the requirement.

Then you may be asked to download a connector setup, click to download that and install that too. If this auto process is not done, you have to do manually. To do so please run your Outlook 2010 and click on file then click on account feature then add new email account and complete the process. Make sure your email account is activated. It may take several minutes to be effective.
