Error with Vbulletin customer number

I'm trying to install the latest Vbulletin software.  I logged in using customer number and password which displays a wrong number error.  Is there a vbulletin customer number generator that I could use?

Hi Julia,

You can reply to the Vbulletin customer support. Tell them the date and the version you purchased online and that you were not able to download the product. Ask  for another customer number.There are another ways, Let me ask you? Are you using the correct customer number? You might interchange it to your license number? Be sure that you enter the customer number, the correct one. It is critical to use the correct product file that's corresponds to your license.Lastly, Allow cookies so that the webpage will display correctly. Because this might be the other variable why your customer number from Vbulletin failed to connect.
