Hi
I am facing a problem with virtual blue ray disc player. I ripped the movie and then converted it to ISO image. Then I mounted the ISO on virtual drive then it indicates an error that “the disk is with unsupported format”. How to resolve this issue?
Error in virtual blue ray disc player
There are number of things that can cause this problem. Blu-ray disc playback requires a secure system. Other thing that can cause this problem is that Blu-ray security is not-static. There are some issues that can be caused by the Power DVD program because it is not working with some others HD players.
Error in virtual blue ray disc player
Hello.
It could be that the Blu-Ray disc that you have made an ISO image of has copy protection.
You will first to have to use a program like DVDFab to remove the copy protection first. Dvdfab allows you to burn an ISO image of your Blu-Ray disc as well.
How to use DVDfab
Insert the Blu-ray disc into your computer.
Select the "source" which is the drive where your disc is in.
Select "target" which is the folder where you want the copied files to be copied too.
Select "Full disc" to make a 1 to 1 copy of your disc.
Select your disc type and click start.
The copying will start and when completed select done.
