Error – Webex Setup Unsuccessful Error 104

I am unable to join a webex session due to an error. I am getting the message Setup was unsuccessful. Please try again. The error code for the error is 104. Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

Error – Webex Setup Unsuccessful Error 104

Proceed according to the steps below:

1. First, uninstall the Webex meeting software.

2. Then, download, extract and run the Meeting Services Removal tool from THIS link.

3. Now, install the Webex meeting software using the manual installer.

4. Exit and restart any web browsers, then try to join the session again.

If the problem is not solved, try to contact the Webex Technical Support.
