Error when attempting to create a document from DesignXpert

Hi,

 

Why am I receiving a 'Failed to generate' error when attempting to create a document from DesignXpert? Failed to generate .doc' Error with Office 2010 I have Microsoft Office 2010 32 bit installed (64 bit is not supported at this time). Can I get the solution to resolve this issue? I am waiting for your assistance.

Error when attempting to create a document from DesignXpert

Hi Rivera,
The error is because the settings of the controls in Microsoft Word is incorrect.
To resolve the error follow the steps below:
1) Open Microsoft Word
2) Click 'File', Click 'Options'

3) Select 'Trust Center', Click on 'Trust Center Settings' tab

4) Go to 'Macro Settings', select 'Enable all macros'

5) Go to 'Protected view', uncheck all checkboxes
6) Restart the system after the updation is completed
