Hello I am trying to configure the Adobe Acrobat but at the time of processing it I have been encountered with an error as the document had saved but it cannot be converted to the PDF/A and to identify these document properties which prevent it from being complaint to the profile I have used.
Kindly provide me the solution as it will be a great help.

Error when configuring the Adobe Acrobat
Whats up, here in this case your problem is most definitely with the software installation or the document you were trying to open which might have been corrupted either during saving of the file or in the process of conversion.
This is what I believe you need to do to solve the situation;
Uninstall the program, delete the temp files by going to Start >My computer >Local disk C: >Temp
After deleting all the info in the temporary folder, you may also consider deleting the registry entries by going to Start >Run >Type Regedit
In the registry window, delete files from the following keys;
HKEY_CURRENT_USER_SoftwareAdobeAcrobat PDFMaker
HKEY_CURRENT_USER_SoftwareAdobeAdobe Acrobat
HKEY_CURRENT_USER_SoftwareAdobePDF Settings
Uninstall the program and reinstall
The problem should be solved
Thanks
