Error when trying to refresh the current report.

Hi guys,

I received an awful error message from the IT-Logix Migration Assessment Environment. Have a look at the screenshot below. What does it mean? I tried several ways to get a remedy of this issue. I also visited several sites but no result. Have you any idea for the issue?

Please help.

Error when trying to refresh the current report.

 

Hi Joseph,

You can fix this problem but you will need to verify that your prompt syntax is correct. And you need also to check all objects referenced in the prompt exist, for example you have any mandatory prompt then make those mandatory prompt to optional. Maybe it works.

Error when trying to refresh the current report.

Hi Joseph,

You are getting an error when you refresh your current report. You should check into other browsers first like Mozilla Firefox, Internet explorer 9, Safari and more If you are getting this still so you should to contact with the support team. The developer will fix this bug basically this error some occur when source code getting any issue. Hopefully this information will help you.
