I am working with Microsoft Access 2003 on my Windows XP SP 3 machine. I am trying to add a Database but it throws up an error that it was not able to get the information:
An error occurred while getting customer information. Contact Support Services.
I did create the Database and I am sure that it was given Full access. I tried logging into a different username but I still get the same error message.
I am not able to get much out of this error message. Any help is appreciated.

Error while getting customer information
Hello Nancy Lopez,
This issue is complicated as I am not able to verify if the created database is still saved in your computer or most probably it was hidden somewhere in your C drive. Log-in issue is still be considered a the main problem because the full access might not be available for you if you are not the administrator who can change, edit, delete and or add a database.
In this situation, the issue has to be isolated to identify the cause and find a possible solution. I will create a new program, new database and I will save the file and try to look for it. If you do get the same error, there's something wrong with your log-in in to create an file or a database. If this is what happen, you need to work this out with your Administrator who manages the database, they might created a restriction of that program to prevent leak and future error.
This is only suggestion but not guaranteed solutions, error is hard to identify and need some additional information for better understanding. You may post additional information here so we would know the main issue. Thanks.
