Error while installing Ubuntu and download the files

Hi there,

When I try to prepare the installation of Ubuntu and download the files, an error occurs.  An error message appears and it says the download is suspended because of some errors. Please find below the screenshot of the error message for your reference.

Can anyone help me to resolve this error please?

Error while installing Ubuntu and download the files

 

Hi James

 

Try to delete all the files inside your Ubuntu set up (the interrupted files), then download it again.

Make sure to close all your unwanted programs and application that might affect the download process.

If you are a windows user, before installing it you must first have the WUBI before you can continue, WUBI allows the user to install and uninstall Ubuntu in a safe and easy way.
